Perform a File Transfer to a Safehouse Location in Marketing Cloud
🔒 Looking to ensure your file transfers are encrypted and secure?
Follow these steps to safely transfer files to your Marketing Cloud Engagement safehouse location:
Import the Encrypted File: Place your encrypted file in the Enhanced FTP Import Directory.
Note: If you’re using an external file location, utilize a file transfer activity to move the file to the safehouse.
Decrypt the File: Use the File Transfer Activity, selecting a private key to decrypt the file in the safehouse.
Import the File: Utilize the Import Activity to bring the decrypted file from the safehouse into your system.
Note: Making the safehouse your default destination for imports also places import result files there.
